JGP’s experience in Urban Mass Transit includes metro lines, light rail (VLT), urban passenger train-lines, bus rapid transit (BRT) and inter-modal exchange stations. Studies on several inter-city express train projects have also been developed.
Our experience with metro lines includes projects in Brazil (São Paulo and Porto Alegre), Portugal (Porto), Peru (Lima Line 2) and Venezuela (Caracas Line 3). In total, this metro line experience covers over 240 Km.
Light-rail and urban passenger train-line experience includes several projects in São Paulo totaling over 80 Km. BRT projects have been developed in Brazil, Colombia, Senegal and Tanzania (over 110 Km.).
Inter-city passenger train projects have been developed for reaches between São Paulo – Campinas (ICT Project – 106 Km.), São Paulo – Rio de Janeiro (420 Km.) and Brasilia – Anapolis (211 Km.).
