JGP’s Oil & Gas experience includes over 25 mandates over the past 20 years. This covers pipelines, onshore oil concessions and downstream industrial facilities.
Our pipeline experience includes over 13 projects covering more than 3,500 Km. This includes the Kuntur gas pipeline (1,050 Km) and the Peru-LNG Trans-Andean gas pipeline (408 Km), considered to be the highest in the world (over 4,800 m.a.s.l.), as well as several oil or gas pipelines that are part of oil concessions in the Peruvian Amazon region. A major pipeline along the Colombian Caribbean coast and several other pipelines in Northeastern Brazil and in the states of Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro have been assessed for Lenders.
Environmental and Social Impact Assessments as well as due diligence assessments for both Lenders and buyers in the context of M&A transactions, have been conducted on several onshore oil concessions in Brazil, Peru and Paraguay.
Experience with downstream industrial facilities includes oil refineries, LNG plants and petrochemical complexes. These projects are located in Brazil, Peru, Mexico and Angola.
